Thank you

Your message has been received. We are grateful that you took the time to write to the editorial desk of Bilbao Museums Guide.

What happens next

Your enquiry has been passed to the editorial team. We read every message. If your note concerns a correction, we will check the page in question against the sources available to us and make a change where the evidence supports it. If it asks a question we can answer, a member of the team will reply to the address you provided.

Replies may take a few days during busy periods. If your matter is urgent, or if it concerns a museum directly, please contact that museum rather than us, since we are an independent reference portal and cannot act on behalf of any institution.

While you wait

You may find it useful to browse the rest of the portal. The overview of Bilbao's museums is a good place to continue, followed by the practical pages on opening rhythm, accessibility and getting around.

Thank you again for helping us keep this reference accurate.
